OFFICIAL RULES: Bounce Celebrates BlogHer ’09 with a Kenmore Washer/Dryer Giveaway!

1. Beginning at 8:00 am Central Time ("CT") on July 24, 2009 through 6:00 pm CT on July 25, 2009. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter (and not a minor in your state of residence). A BlogHer account and/or Twitter Account is required to enter. A BlogHer account can be opened for free at http://blogher.com; a Twitter account can be opened for free at twitter.com.
General Guidelines: All entries must meet the following guidelines:
• Limit of one entry per person/email address/BlogHer account/Twitter login for the duration of the entry period.
• Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be disqualified. Neither BlogHer, Inc. ("Host") nor DeVries Public Relations ("Sponsor") are responsible for lost, late, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned.

2. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected, at random, from among entries meeting the requirements of Rule #1. Limit one prize per person/email address/BlogHer login/Twitter login/household. All prizes awards are subject to verification.

3. GENERAL RULES: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada, 18 years or older as of July 1, 2009, except employees of Sponsor and BlogHer ("Host"), , (collectively, "Contest Entities") their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and persons living in the same household, and the immediate families of each. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws apply. All taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Potential winners must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within three (3) days of attempted delivery or prize may be forfeited and an alternate may be selected. No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted, unless prize is generally unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Judges.

In the event of a dispute as to identity of an online entrant, entries
will be deemed made by the name appearing on the entry. Contest
Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware or software
malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, undeliverable
email, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed
electronic communications, telephone, telephone line or other telephone
related problems or errors, whether caused by the sender or by any of
the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this
Contest, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the
entries in this Contest.

4. PRIZES: Prize packages from participating brands will be distributed to the selected winner. The winner of the package from Kenmore must be a legal resident of the United States of America and show proof of legal drinking age.

6. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personal information supplied by you to BlogHer will be subject to BlogHer's privacy policy posted at http://www.blogher.com/privacy-policy. Unless prohibited by BlogHer's privacy policy or by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, you grant BlogHer permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration, judging and prize fulfillment. Additionally, by opting-in to specific offers from Sponsor, entrant's entry information will be subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service and entrant agrees to receive additional email communication from that company. BlogHer will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than as explicitly described herein.

7. DISCLOSURE. Winner acknowledges and agrees that he/she is not required to make any statements about, or provide any opinions regarding, the Prize, any such statements and/or opinions being Winner's sole decision. If Winner is employed by, works for, or provides content to, any means of mass communication, such as newspapers, magazines, radio, television or the Internet, including, without limitation Winner's blog (collectively, the "Media"), then Winner will not speak about or refer to the Prize, directly or indirectly, in such capacity through the Media, without disclosing that Winner won the Prize in connection with the Promotion.
