1. 1.    HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:   Beginning 9AM (ET) on 7/9/10 visit www.BlogHer.com to enter the sweepstakes.  If you are already a registered BlogHer member, follow the onscreen instructions and log-in.  If you are not a BlogHer member, follow the onscreen instructions to enroll.  There is no cost associated with enrollment.  Proceed to click on the P&G home illustration to visit one or more of the following five P&G online rooms:  Living Room, Kitchen, Office, Bedroom and Bathroom.  In each room, there will be a highlighted discussion topic.  Entrants will be required to make a comment on the discussion topic for each room.  Comments will not be judged but must be applicable to the discussion topic.  Comments must be in English.  Comments cannot contain defamatory statements (including words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group); they must not include threats to any person, place, business, or group; they must not invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm, entity, and they must not in any way violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.  Comments may not contain profanities or obscenities and may not in any way disparage persons or organizations associated with Sponsor.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry/comment that, in its sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the sweepstakes or any other person or entity, or does not comply with these requirements or these Official Rules.  Comments must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in sole determination of Sponsor. Randomly selected entries will be posted online.  Each eligible room comment will count as one sweepstakes entry.  Entries must be received by 11:59:59 (ET) on 7/26/10.  A person can use only one email address to enter.  Limit one comment/entry per room per email address.

2.   ELIGIBILITY:  This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry and who are registered blogger members of BlogHer.com.  Employees of Procter & Gamble, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited by law.

3.   RANDOM DRAWINGS:  One winner per room will be selected in separate random drawings to be conducted on or about 7/28/10 from among all eligible entries received for each room.  Random drawings will be conducted by a representative of BlogHer.com, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer.  Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each room.

4.   PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:  Five prizes (one per room) with a total approximate retail value of $1,725 will be awarded as follows: (1) Living Room Prize – A $25 P&G eStore Gift Card; (1) Kitchen Prize – A $500 check made payable to winner to help fund winner’s child’s school art department or a local school’s art department; (1) Office Prize – A sponsor-specified prize pack of Swiffer 360° Dusters (ARV: $100); (1) Bedroom Prize – A set of sheets and pajamas plus a year's supply of new Ultra Downy April Fresh and Tide with Acti-Lift (ARV: $500) and (1) Bathroom Prize - A $100 Spavelous Spa Gift Card plus a beauty makeover for winner by celebrity artist Bruce Grayson on site at the conference (ARV: $500).  Appearance of Bruce Grayson is subject to availability and at discretion of Sponsor.  Prizes will be awarded to winners at the 2010 BlogHer Conference in NYC from 8/6/10 - 8/7/10 at the P&G “Home Away From Home” booth.  If winner(s) is/are unable to attend conference, prizes will be mailed to the mailing address provided.  If the Bathroom prize winner is unable to attend the Conference, Sponsor will award a prize of equal of greater value for the beauty makeover portion of the prize.  Terms and conditions on P&G eStore and Spavelous Spa gift cards apply.  Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize.  Limit one prize per household

5.   GENERAL RULES:  Winners will be notified by email and will be required to provide name and complete mailing address within 48 hours of when the email was sent.  Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable and/or response not received within the 48 hour time period, will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected.  No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.  All taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner.  In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.  If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an entrant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries submitted by the entrant may be declared null and void.  By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.   Winners (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners list, unless prohibited by law.  Entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns from and against any and all liability and damages.  By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions which are final.  In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.  All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes.

ONLINE NOTICE:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Not responsible for faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the promotion.  Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mail.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor/judging agency/administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the drawing for prizes will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.  In the event a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder.”  “Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission.  Any damage made to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.  Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.  Any entries which are suspected of being fraudulent (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar methods of participation) will be disqualified, based on determinations made solely by Sponsor.  Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
