Oh My Stars
This Christmas is a special time for my family. My brother and sister-in-law adopted the four little ones they’ve had from foster care. Also, my sister had a baby in January so this is my niece’s first Christmas. Crazy exciting times in our family! So to commemorate this special time I decided I needed to get everyone a keepsake. Immediately I thought of these stained glass stars from etsy shop Piggy & Dirt. I customized each of the stars colors and had them inscribed with their new name (their names were changed in the adoption) and their birth year. I snapped pictures of all of them, including my new niece’s but unfortunately you can’t see the inscription because of the background. But I am in love with how they turned out and can’t wait to give them and watch the reactions! Everyone go check out the shop and check out these amazing stars.

This is an anniversary star for my brother and sister-in-law. They’ve been married 15 years.
Anniversary star for my parents, been married 41 years.
How beautiful are these stars?! Seriously, go check out Becky and Kurt Knudsen’s shopPiggy & Dirt and look around at all their amazing work and different options for all the holidays and special occasions.
