Oh! The things I'll grow! The display I'll create!

I wanted to show a few pictures of my new clay pots, it's all planned out in my head, what I'm going to do.....early winter is just setting in and it's gray and yucko out there, but I have these wonderful visions of plants-blooms, textures and different levels in my front flower bed area that is between my house and my sidewalk. I bought nine pots the other day of different sizes and patterns.....super affordable, like about an average of $8 plus apiece......Take a look:

Where I live, in the Ozarks in Missouri, it hasn't snowed yet and we still have some green grass, so I took them over by one of my evergreens under our gray sky today to show the colors, patterns, and textures.....

One with a graphic pattern....

One with more of a floral pattern......

And one with some rich, interesting texture....

Here's a group of three of different sizes. I have one more that's smaller yet-Just the right size for my Amaryllis....what I picture for these is to place them along a slim bed that is between the front of my house and my sidewalk. Plants will be in the bed as well as in the pots, and some pots will be elevated slightly while some will be in the bed itself. I have a fantastic plan.....now to shop for some things I'll want to put IN them....:)

I hope you are all having a wonderful holiday weekend. ~JB
