Olive Oil Lemon Cake
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I don’t know exactly who “they” are and I certainly don’t have a thousand words to say about this picture. What the pictures in this post do say is that a) olive oil is a highly underrated ingredient in cakes and b) I had a difficult time removing this cake from it springform pan. Don’t judge.
