One Step at a Time!

Today is the day I take charge of my life!! Woke up before my alarm (thank you return to Standard Time!!)! Chatted briefly with a friend online. Piled on LOTS of layers, then braved the cold morning air for a walk. Walked 2 miles! Took me an entire hour to walk them, but not too bad for an out of shape old woman of 52 years. Definitely room for improvement. My goal is to be able to walk that far in half the time. I know I can do it! Just going to take consistancy and time.

Now it is time for some Deep Blue Rub! Also, going to keep handy my Slim and Sassy essential oil blend to help curb my food cravings throughout the day.

Ok. Now for the rest of my day! TTYL
