BlogHer Boston - I heart you!!
It's been a wonderful whirlwind... and I'm quite sad to say that tomorrow I'll be packing up and leaving. I feel like I've barely gotten to see what's around me in this beautiful part of the country (GAWD the fall leaves are pretty). I've taken very FEW pics... however this has been so fabulous a trip I can't complain!
Today was fab! Great swag, interesting seminars and a great lunch at the Cheesecake Factory (aren't we naughty?!) After we gathered for drinks and mingled. Groups of lady bloggers stood together, laughing and sipping cocktails, weaving into other groups, neighbouring conversations passing cards and handshakes around like candy. It was loud but it was satisfying. This group of women were enjoying themselves, their dedication and blood sweat and tears validated by all these alike minded people. There was sharing and laughter and wine... who could ask for more?
Thankyou to my Canadian Beantown Lovelies - and especailly a thankyou to my roadtrip crew, you guys are my lady-heros. It might take a week to heal my stomach muscles from all the laughter.
Thankyou to all the lovely ladies attending BlogHer Boston. All of you that I met were wonderful and warm and kind. I look forward to reading you in the near future.
Thankyou to GM Carpool. You guys provided us with a vehicle that was awesome to drive, and was equipped with technology that helped us to help a heartattack victim's wife get to him at the hospital (more on THAT later).
Thankyou BlogHer. For giving all these wonderful people a connection. You are the gossamer thread that ties each and everyone together. Awesome!!

I posted a comment on Karen's post about that.
I really feel like I made a connection with you two, one that I really really love. I heart you both in ways that make my heart ache. Thankyou SO MUCH for reminding me what friendship can be like, especially in the face of all the two faced people I find myself surrounded by...
