Overnight Orange Cinnamon French Toast

Saturday morning breakfast - there are few things that beat it. Except maybe sleeping in. Yep - sleep wins.

Even better? Not having to choose! Try making this Orange Cinnamon French Toast the night before, then pop it in the oven in the morning when you wake up!

You probably already have everything you need:

  • 6 pieces of bread

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Add the honey and cinnamon to the melty mixture.

Once it’s melted, pour into a 13” x 9” baking pan, spreading it around so it coats the bottom of the pan.

In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs, orange juice and salt together. Then dip both sides of the bread in the mixture & place in the prepared pan.

Now cover the pan in press & seal and refrigerate...
