At 5'1 and 1-- lbs., I'm not only short, but OVERWEIGHT and desperately need motivation to exercise. I used to exercise regularly, going to the gym 3 times a week and being active outdoors on the weekends. Then I broke my foot. That was the beginning of the end for me! I'm e-x-p-a-n-d-i-n-g as you're reading this. Once I start exercising, I know the nutrition part will follow because there's no way I'm going to sweat my *ss off (I wish) and practically kill myself to workout only to blow it on a bowl of ice cream (yes, that's my weakness - sweets). Anyway, I decided to blog about my "issue" in hopes of someone being able to give me some type of useful advice to get me MOOOOOVING! Then, being the competitive person that I am, I came up with an even better idea . . . Do you have 20 or so pounds to lose? Are you up for a challenge? I mean, chances are if you clicked on this blog, you can relate, right? What I'm saying is, you say the word and its on! Wallflower
