Things You Need To Know About Your Vagina.

To anyone who has vagina or loves someone with one, read this article and broaden your horizon. Often times, people find it difficult to talk about issues involving vagina openly. There is a saying that vaginas are the perfect antidote to a bear attack. Also, early Russian culture stipulated that a marauding bear could be easily fended off by the display of a single vagina, lol. These shows how powerful and important this part of the female body is and so should be handled with extreme care. Below are some information i gathered about it:

- Sweaty vaginas are natural: Just as saliva is produced to help cleanse your mouth, vagina produces/secretes small amounts of discharge to keep itself clean and so some people call it a self cleaning-oven. Your vagina is more than capable of taking care of itself.

-Your vagina should smell like a vagina, musky but clean, and it changes as hormones changes but, it should never smell bad.

Use a small amount of mild unscented soap if  you must.The mucus that the cervix produces neutralises any bacteria that might get up there. The mucus also helps to maintain an acid-balance inside the vagina, which prevents bad bacteria from flourishing. The discharge contains old discarded cells from the lining of the vagina.

-A healthy vagina is naturally acidic and contains rich quantities of beneficial  bacteria called Lactobacillus acidophillus that can help fight infection and maintain normal PH level. In some cases, antibiotic use may aggravate this bacteria which may increase your risk for vaginal infection. Always talk to your physician.

-Douching can interfere with the vagina's pH levels, reducing its acidity and setting the stage for bacteria infections.

-Cranberry juice or yogurt can help prevent yeast infections and also help in their treatment.

-Lubricate that area real good during sex: If you do not produce enough, use artificial products or else,  the skin of the labia and vagina will experience wears and tears[irritated and chafed] sometimes to the point of breaking. Also, soy product can help natural lubrication because it contains a weak form of estrogen. In trying to lubricate, do not use petroleum jelly and other oil based products because they may cause the latex in condom to break down which may lead to infection and so on.

Lastly, drink plenty of water, exercise, eat healthy food and bath every day. Be careful what you stick into there. I heard that female orgasm is a powerful painkiller [because of the release of endorpins]. Anyone ever benefitted from that?
