Patience is something I was never good at. Having ADAHD things were never easy. Rushed into things that probably ruined my life for good. How do  we conquer having patience when we are so out of control with thoughts and emotions? You can't do it alone. You need support from family and friends. The more you do things alone, the more your patience level will decrease. At least it does with me. Friends give me the enouragement to not be afraid to be patient.

Patience is a viritue. Patience is slow, kind, not rude, boastful, or prideful. Patience is love, but sometimes you go through tough love while being patient. How do we get through it without being depressed?

Frusteration was always a key element to my failure of patience.  Whenever something took longer then a hour I would flip out. Talking it out to a therapist for sure increased the calm mind set and not the quick outbursts. Sometimes it's nice to LET IT OUT when it takes so long for something to come. Patience is not easy....what are your thoughts?
