PB2 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

I love chocolate chip cookie dough way more than the baked cookie version.  I just love raw dough in general (cake, cookie, etc.), which is a pretty terrible thing to love when raw eggs are involved.  But anyways, my wonderful father just sent me a jar of PB2 which is powdered peanut butter.  You may think it’s odd but this powdered PB has 85% less fat than regular peanut butter! I looked up some recipes on their website and came across these cookie dough balls. I happened to have all the ingredients in the pantry so I whipped some up. Pretty tasty!
