I don't understand how someone can ask for a couple hundred dollars knowing that they have it in thier account. The next thing you know they are going to the movies and going out to theme parks. This is all before you gave them the money. I just dont understand how someone can sit there and ask for money when they are spending it. If you need money, then stop spending what you have first!
