Day 1
Putting myself way out there. It is in fact the beginning yet again, as each day is a begining. Some of the key components of managing through the personal change cycle include defining:
WHY - the change
HOW - the change
WHAT - to change
WHO - to engage (for help/support, what roles are required, look at who external and internal as well, i.e me role)
I guess the cycle of experience forces us to move beyond reflection and into action - moving from the why to the how and what...
At this point the transformation required is hard to describe, shedding weight, shedding the to do list lutany, shedding the responsibility for others and trading it in for the responsibiity of self BUT if you can't define it you won't change it - right? It's easier to stay in reflection mode - action takes ENERGY
There is too much resistance in this process of defining why...and yet resistance takes energy TOO
