Pina Colada Smoothie

Kick off this long holiday weekend with a Healthy Pina Colada Smoothie. This pineapple drink is easy to make. It can be left virgin or can easily be made into an alcoholic drink.

 
Pina Colada Smoothie
 
1 cup Coconut Milk
2 cups of Pineapple Chuncks
2 TBSP of Honey
Enough Ice To Make Slushy
 
Mix all ingredients together in the blender. This recipe is for a Single Serving, which I love and the math isn't too hard to double, triple, and etc!  To spice up this recipe use 1/2 cup of Coconut Milk and 1/2 cup Malibu Coconut Flavored Rum.
