Plus Size Denim

I so excited to share with you guys this Denim Lookbook with Fashion To figure in which I'm one of the 8 bloggers who they picked to showcase real curves in denim.

How many of you have a hard time finding the perfect denim? I know I do, so when FTF asked me to take part in their denim lookbook I knew I had to give them a try plus this was an awesome opportunity. Staying true to my style you guys know I had to keep my look comfy and chic.

These are my five tips when shopping for denim in which I used when I picked my #ftfdenim
1. Find your natural waist line, this will help with sizing.
2. Understand the fabric
3.Find the cut a love (boot cut-flare-straight-skinny-wide)
4.Pay attention to the different washes for denim (meaning color)
5. Don't be scared to have fun and play around with different styles of denim you never know what you might love.

Here are a couple questions the FTF team had to ask?

What were some things that made you uncomfortable in denim before? (Before you tried FTFDenim)
My jeans have to sit on my waist or I am very uncomfortable, it's very important that my jeans hold in my lower stomach I hate when my jeans roll down exposing my lower tummy fat "soooooo uncomfortable" these Black Stretch Skinny Jeans fit me perfect I loved them so much I wore them right from the photo shoot lol.

What is the most challenging thing about shopping for jeans in store?
For me I have a hard time finding the perfect skinny jeans being that I have wide hips and I'm tall so it's very frustrating when my skinny jeans don't fit right around my ankle.

If you're looking for a good pair of denim make sure you try out FTF I'm in love with the pair that I picked for this lookbook, check them out here.
