The TV Ad Obama Seeks to

Posted by Mignon Evans in Untagged

A political spot ad running in Ohio has been taken off the air- - -temporarily- - - because Barack Obama and his aides objected. They claim it isn't true. The Republican PAC states categorically that they have the PROOF that it is factually accurate and completely truthful. So, presumably it will be back on the air soon. BUT, of course, timing is everything. Voting deadlines are fast upon us, and during this exciting sports weekend the ad is off the air.

Should I ask the question: Since when does a TV station pull an ad just because the other campaign objects?

So, to see the ad Obama wants to hide from you, click the link below. And feel free to forward this message around the net, so other people will have a chance to see what Obama wants to censor. I left the url to the video at the BOTTOM of the screen (copy and paste) for easier access if the "click here" doesn't transfer when forwarded.

Greetings to you too, Cooper,

I haven't visited Drudge and know nothing about whatever you heard on that site.  Sorry.  But if you're trying to view the video that I posted, here is the link:    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KznfyCqL44c

Hello again, Cooper,

I am puzzled by your comment here.  I said nothing about bussing or tragedy or the courts or a roundtable.  Are you confusing me with someone else?

Since, however, you wrote of a garbled or incomplete video, I am posting again the link to the video that Obama's camp was trying to force TV stations to remove.  It's at the BOTTOM of the page. You might want to look at it (again?)

By all means, feel free to visit my blog at http://www.thenationalintelligence.com ( http://www.thenationalintelligence.com/

i've since found this posted on Drudge and reading authorative, non panic stricked conservatives comments it's clear that  there is no panic here.

Just a small part of a very incomplete audio video which is not fully represented.

No just to listen to it. He refers to an example of bussing as 'wealth redistribution' - he is talking about the courts mandating anything that 'costs' by the court itself. And throughout the program he talks about how this just doesn't happen often and when it does its is limited, forced and unstable.

The propaganda video in the link misrepresents his use of the word 'tragedy' associated with the 'tragic' focus of the civil rights movement on court action as referring to the lack of court action. Later in the program a caller asks why there was this 'tragic' lack of community organization and Senator Obama replies because community organizing is hard.

Make no mistake this radio roundtable is being misrepresented - of course this isn't shocking but it is that people don't recoil from sources that lie to them in this manner.

Here is a good analysis at The Daily Dish
( http://andrewsullivan.theatlantic.com/the_daily_di... )

You just can't make Obama's words say what Drudge's headline makes
them say. I am not giving him a pass on functional illiteracy.

It's hard to have an "intelligent thougtful discussion" when I can't see any sources cited for this having been pulled. I've checked around.  Your post and the one you posted at "Blogs for John McCain" is the only source I can find. Could you send your source along?

The video was rather chopped up by the way, it didn't include the whole interview just bits and pieces pasted together. Surely this isn't what you are talking about?

I loved some of his ideas I wish the whole thing were available.

NYP wrote today in HOW MCCAIN COULD PULL OFF A FINAL WEEK UPSET  ( http://www.nypost.com/seven/10252008/postopinion/o... )

You must
1.Use the stock market crash to highlight the tax issue(giving exact directions on how to misrepresent it).

2.Bring back Reverend Wright

3.Warn voters of impending socialism in America

They have directions. Maybe you should go over there and follow them. Not that they do not have their own credibility issues, but you may be more successful with you propaganda if you follow a more cohesive plan.

Redistributing the wealth, as has been done over the last 8 years, to corporations is wrong. It's time is is redistributed again to the middle class.
