Posting with Youtube videos in post

Help!
I am trying to copy and paste a post from my word press blog that contains a Youtube video. Everything comes over but the video. I am taking it from the actual posting screen within word press ( I am not copying the post once its been posted, does that make sense? )
I have tried everything I can think of to make it work, but to no avail. So please help : )

When you post...

When you post your blog entry, is there a box at the bottom that allows you to select "full HTML"? If so, you need to select that option in order to embed video.

If you don't see that, I'll add it to my to do list for the team.

sorry it took me so long to get back to respond to you. Life got in the way : )
looking under the create content, post a blog entry, there is no full html option. Now it does list different html code help but nothing with an option like you are suggesting.
I have a new post which also contains a video so I am hoping to get this worked out.

Hmmm ok I'll request it

I'll see if I can get that feature added to the BlogHer member blogs.

In the meantime, I'd suggest a hyperlink to the video wherever it sits on your site or on youtube or other video hosting site. That's the only option available to you at this time.
