Pumpkin Almond Milk Smoothie


 I love this combination for a breakfast smoothie.  It was very filling and oh so tasty. 

I’m jumping on the band wagon. Yes I am. Pumpkin recipes are everywhere.

My taste testers said this smoothie was the best yet. When I tasted it, all I could think of was a pumpkin shake. 


I used this pumpkin as a table decoration for a party with the burlap. It gave off a very cozy vibe.


This smoothie is almost too good to be healthy but it is. Did you know that a half cup of pumpkin has 2 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber, and is only 50 calories?


Serves 2


  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve immediately.
