Question about BlogHer blog posts

When I create posts on BlogHer (which I love doing!), what is the best practice I should be following? The blog posts I create are from entries on my current blog. Should I be reposting these entries from my blog, or is that frowned upon? If so, should I repost the whole thing or just a blurb and then direct people to my blog to read the whole thing (so as to avoid duplicated content or formatting issues)?

It's your call

If you're comfortable posting them in both places, then we are comfortable with that. I would recommend you do what our Contributing Editors do which is place "cross posted at _____ " at the top of your post so folks are aware that you've put the content in more than one place.

I think if it were me, it would depend on the post. I'd sometimes do a teaser and link off to the "real" post on my blog, other times I'd probably want to do the whole post on BlogHer. But I'd take it as a case by case thing.
