Anyone involved in social media understands the importance of mobile technology as a tool. At BlogHer next week, we will be presenting a panel called "Mobile Multimedia: Making Media on the Go". To prepare, we wanted to hear from the BlogHer community on what mobile technology they are using for multi-media content creation. So we created some questions that we hope you can take a minute and respond via comments to this post. For those attending BlogHer, we hope that you can come to our panel. At the end of the panel, we will also be updating this post with the feedback we received from the attendees (so check back after August 6th to get an update). Since 2005, every year was going to be the “year of the mobile” and over five years later we finally seem to be there! You’ll probably see more attendees walking around with mobile than laptops at BlogHer this year. But does that mean that all we can publish are Tweets and check-ins? Actually, no. Today’s devices are small, powerful, multi-purpose, and increasingly user-friendly. Learn from some unrepentant gadget geeks how you can make the most of the devices that fit right in your pocket. Moderator Beth Blecherman will lead Julie Yamamoto and Kris Cain in a gadget geek-fest.
