Quick and Healthy Meal Ideas

Leftovers are the best! Our favorite options for leftovers are any type of casserole dish, soups, roasted veggies, meats cooked in the slow cooker to easily shred/chop to add in other meals, and pasta dishes.
So those are my quick fix meal ideas…but, let’s face it, a bowl of cereal or a stop at Subway sometimes is just fine too.
How often do you resort to quickie meals? Any suggestions you can share?
