This recipe is super easy with not much prep time. I made this last Christmas and it's divine.
Ingredients:
1 lb dark chocolate
1 lb white chocolate
20-30 peppermint candies
Directions:
1. Melt dark chocolate in microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
2. In a seperate bowl, melt white chocolate in microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Put candy in a resealable bag and close.
4. Crush peppermint with a rolling pin. (Make sure it's pretty well chopped)
5. Line a square baking pan (big) with wax paper.
6. Pour half of the crushed peppermint in the dark chocolate and stir well.
7. Pour the dark chocolate in the baking pan.
8. Pour half of the crushed peppermint in the white chocolate and stir well.
9. Pour the white chocolate in, on top of the dark.
10. Sprinkle any remaining candy on top.
11. Cover with tinfoil and place in fridge for about 3 hours.
12. Break into block size pieces.
I recommend very small pieces because these are heavy and rich~
