I realized today I was lacking and never made it to our weekly post on Thursday. This week seems to have gotten away from me but it sure was a fun one! This marks week four for us and I am enjoying seeing the blog and response grow each week. It is also getting me motivated again to pursue my talents besides just taking care of work and family.
That's why I am lacking in the post. I spent Wednesday off my feet to relieve back pressure ( a joy of pregnancy) and Thursday was being pampered by the in-laws which was a lot of fun. I have to say I really em getting more excited about having a baby. I think the little outfit and swing in my closet make it more of a reality. Friday I started to get organized after a long day at work and today I have all my sewing supplies out of the bedroom! It will be awesome to be able to just sit and sew instead of hauling things from room to room. It is organized and neat and my projects all lined up. I know this next week will be productive!
One thing I have learned about blogging this week is time. It takes time for exposure and response. But the time is worth it. I am enjoying hearing from people who are now sewing again to experts. Tips, projects and excitement are so fun to read. I do hope one day there would be a big conference where we can meet the readers and those we feature. It would so fun to meet, chat and trade stories in person instead of just email!
