We chose Radicchio as a name because it is a quintessentially Italian vegetable which can be found in certain regions of the country, specifically the Veneto.
Radicchio is beautiful and brings color and life to any garden where it grows or dish where it is served. It conveys something exotic and special while it is at the same time familiar. Radicchio, therefore, is a symbol to us of all things Italian, an ancient and vegetable which offers hours of pleasure in a variety of ways. We hope this blog will provide the same.
