To insert a video, while using the rich text editor, click the "film strip" icon in the rich text editor. A popup window opens. Paste the url of the youtube video (only youtube videos work with this tool.) Click Insert.

Don't click preview, just click the Save button.

Any time you click preview or go back to edit a post with a video embedded, you'll have to reinsert the url for the video in order for the embed code to appear. It's a bug.

I'm not able to see the video I posted, but it showed up in the "preview".

Obviously, I'm new and a bit green to blogging. I can't seem to find an answer in the help section. I'll try posting as a link instead?
