I figured candy should be held to the same standards, and nothing screams fancy like "En Croute"..lol!
Since cookie season is in full swing, I thought, what better way to take a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup to the next level, than to wrap it in some Puff Pastry..and turn it into a fancy cookie?!!
It's a total bonus that it ended up being one of the best cookies ever! The flaky, crispy crust around the warm peanut butter cup is to die for.
Let cool slightly, but serve warm with ice cold milk!! Cheers to your fancy "en croute" candy cookies!!
