Regaining My Independence, Mind, and Breasts

Tonight I am celebrating the turning point in my nursing career with my 18-month-old by starting this blog, which I have been dreaming about for the past six months. I'll admit that I still have not gained all the necessary skills mothers that actually mother their children AND have a mind and voice of their own, have. So with that said, I basically mean, that I'm not sure if I can make much sense yet of all the opinions and experiences I've gathered from the last year-and-a-half of parenting. But hang with me and a common thread will appear! Also, I am new to blogging, and am not sure how much this is supposed to work like Facebook, and how much it's should read like an article. But I suppose that is one of the joys of being a SAHM, we get to have all the time in the world to figure it our! haha! Ok, seriously though, I'm very excited that I got the time to actually set this up, type these few words, and dust some of the cobwebs that have been collecting in my mind. Feels good to think of things besides diapers, cleaning, and appointments. Thanks for letting me share my new found evening with you!
