Review: Only the Good Spy Young by Ally Carter

Goodreads summary box for Only the Good Spy Young

Only the Good Spy Young by Ally Carter is the fourth book in the Gallagher Girls series, following Don’t Judge a Girl by Her Cover.

And I LOVE this book!  I’ve mentioned in my review for Don’t Judge a Girl by Her Cover that I stuck with the series because people kept telling me that it just gets better and better.  And it continues!  The last book to us a step in the right direction, and this one got us there. This is definitely the best one yet!  The series has taken on a story arch that is such a page turner.  Cammie faces some real danger, some real heartache, and real adventure.  It was mixed up with sweet moments, tense moments, and “did that just really happen?” moments.  It was a totally fun read.

I want to elaborate more on what I loved about the book, but it’s the fourth in the series and I want to avoid spoilers of any kind.  Just know it is worth getting through the first and second books to start the journey that begins with the third, and then continues with here.

I’d now like this series to be made into movies.  Mostly, I think the first three books could be combined into one movie (heavy on the third book), and this would be the second.  It rocks.  Can’t wait to start Out of Sight, Out of Time.
