Sabrina Modelle started The Tomato Tart in 2010. Since then, her handmade, homemade, gluten free recipes and photographs have been featured on The Huffington Post, The Discovery Channel, The Jerusalem Post, Cosmopolitan, Hannnaford Fresh Magazine, and in The Green Market Baking Book (Sterling Press, 2010). In addition to blogging, Sabrina works extensively with natural and organic food brands as a recipe developer and photographer. Sabrina has been a creative director, usability expert, and brand consultant since 1994 and has worked with everyone from food bloggers to fortune 500 companies to world class nonprofit organizations. When she’s not working, Sabrina can be usually be found at home with her nose in a cookbook and a dog in her lap.
