What is your favorite Seafood? Is it Clams, Mussels, Oysters, Shrimp, Lobster, Sea Scallops, Bay scallops, Tilapia, Cod, Haddock, Pollock, Perch, Bass Trout? Fresh water or saltwater? Do you enjoy it broiled, fried, baked? I see the shrimp boats everyday out at sea, I see the dolphins in and out of the ocean. I have baby sea turtles (protected species) in the sand dunes nightly. Hermit crabs everywhere. Everything feeds off of something, doesn't it? As, I am rather late posting today due to over the weekend guests and laundry galore! The usual cooking and baking I do daily. I took a few minutes this evening on my early evening sunset walk on the beach to reflect. I do not take for granted the beauty that surrounds me everyday. The beautiful Atlantic Ocean, hard packed and soft sand. The gorgeous sunsets. Mostly, I was thinking about this week's menu. Of course, seafood is on tap. I will visit my Fresh Seafood Market tomorrow morning and select something for dinner and something for later in the week. Since I loveeeee all Seafood the choice will be hard. Normally, I do not fry a lot of foods I always say my ovens are my best friends!!! So I will let you all know what I ended up selecting and preparing for the family.
