Spindlicity is an ezine for the handspinner that is published every quarter.    It's an attractive read that covers a wide range of content with interesting department titles like ""Roving' Report" which details gatherings of spinners.  (roving, btw, is the unspun wool).  There are projects for the spun yarn.
