If you have met me, you may be thinking "What the heck does Sarah know about fitness?". The truth is I don't know all that much about fitness, but I am a huge sports fan. I am an especially big fan of football. You may or may not know this but the NFL and NCAA football seasons both start next week. I am psyched, and I am not alone.
