Shaved asparagus, fava beans, grana padano and mint salad
But first, we started with a salad that spoke to me of the simplicity of all great Italian foods. Just four ingredients, juxtaposed so each of their voices could be heard both individually and in harmony with each other. I knew, then, that it was time for me to rip off yet another New York restaurant salad.
