Oscar is a friendly lab mix who was abandoned in a snowy National Forest for over 3 weeks with no food or shelter. I wish he could talk because he has quite a story to tell. He was rescued by a no-kill animal shelter in Colorado.
Oscar needs lots of TLC--and who can resist giving this sweet guy that? He loves riding in cars and and he is very eager to please. He is obviously extremely smart since he figured out how to survive so long in freezing temps with no food or water.
