Saying no to a client or customer can be a scary prospect for entrepreneurs. After all without clients and customers you have no business and no income. Yet, it's about standards. It's about who you most want to work with and who you can serve best. Sometimes saying No is the best option. The specific question here was “If you have a service business can you say “NO” to some people knowing it may cost you that client? If you feel in your heart you will be better without them is it good to just let them go?”
