Simple Frozen Treat: Bananas!
By livingfaerie on July 11, 2014
My ridiculous simple frozen treat for the kids is so easy to make. I got the idea from a Nick Jr short.
Cut up a whole banana in slices. Stick them in the freezer for a while, I put mine in overnight, little hard to get them out of the bowl that way though. Splash some milk into the cup, well if you use a baby bullet like I do (I used to make Ariel's baby food long story), it depends on how you want the "ice cream" to come out, more milk more creamy, less milk thicker. The toss your slices in.
Blend baby bullet, blend! Since I froze my bananas for longer (you just need to make them cold really) I had to blend them pretty long.
Divide into two bowls, top it off with a few fresh banana slices and feed the little faeries a sweet cold treat, that is HEALTHY!
