Sleek cosmetics, it's a do!!

Sleek cosmetics is an English brand, I own three eye shadow palettes and one blush palette.

I don't own any of their face powders or lipsticks therefore my opinion is limited to the items on hand.

I have purchase two I Divine palettes on EBay, they are Chaos and Circus and I have ordered the Lagoon palette and a blush shadow palette in Pumpkin on Amazon: as far as I know they are not available in stores I paid around $15.00 each for the eyeshadows and $13.00 for the blushes.

The Chaos palette was one of the first created by Sleek, it consist of 12 matte shadows, 6 neutrals and six colors( green, aqua, blue, olive green, burgundy and yellow). The white shade is the worst ofe the bunch; it's chaulky and it doesn't have a great color payoff.

The stand out colors are; aqua, marron and yellow.

This is a good tavel palette; it has all the shades you need for daily looks plus some fun ones, a great black and a good range of matte brown that can double as eyebrow colors.

The Circus palette was limited edition, it's packed full of fun colors, 3 metallic and 9 matte. Again the white shade is a bust but the metallic purple and the matte orange make up for it. This palette it's for those of you who like colorful looks.

The Lagoon palette it's Sleek's latest release, it has 9 shimmery shades and 3 matte. The first thing I noticed is that the formulation has improved by leaps and bounds, the shadows are creamy, glide on smoothly and are not chaulky. It contains a great white and a good black.

This palette has a plastic insert with the shades name and one stands out; Ariel. It's a matte reddish/ coral, very pretty as a crease color and as a blush. When I looked at the colors I immediately compared it to the Sephora Little Mermaid palette and even though the Sleek one has fewer shades I reach for it more often, it's better quality and it truly has an amazing color in Ariel. A price comparison could be; with the Sephora palette you pay $2.75 per shadow and half of those shades are very similar to one another, with the Sleek palette it's $1.25 per shadow and there's no repeat you get 12 shades that are very different from one another and that work well together. To me this is a no brainer.

The trio blush palette in Pumpkin was my very first Sleek face product purchase. I was blown away by the pigmentation of the three shades and the lasting power. I can safely compare them to The Balm, Benefit, Urban Decay for quality, my only pet peeve it's that Sleek is not a cruelty free brand.

In conclusion, if you are on a budget ( or not) and you can shop online give this brand a try you will be blown away.
