1 Month Diet & Exercise Update

It’s been just over a month since I started a new diet and exercise program with my trainer, Turk, and a lot of you have been asking me about the specific details. I have seen some pretty awesome results even though it’s only been 30 days and it’s those results that are propelling me forward to keep going. This is really hard to do, but I’m over the initial shock and am doing great! . . .
