I see it all the time. Women (and men) working so hard to provide for their family, to create a better life for their kids...only to lose sight of what they are working for in the first place. Consider these ways you can put your family first (without giving up your job).
Studies show most people don’t keep their New Year’s resolutions. That doesn’t mean good intentions aren’t worth the while. But rather than making a vague or overwhelming resolution, start the new year off right after the tumultuous excitement of the holidays and New Year’s has passed by resolving to do more of something that really makes a difference: spending more quality time with your family. By entering regular family events into your calendar or day planner, you will be more likely to keep your pledge and actually improve your family dynamics.?
