1) Don't stress, just go with the flow: as a new mom there are bunches of books, and websites, and other moms that swear by all kinds of schedules, rhythms, and methods for getting your child to sleep. I spent way to much time stressing about "why won't she nap, now", "why isn't she naping when my friend's baby whose the same age is napping". I began to realize that each baby's sleeping needs are different so now I just go with the flow. . . .
