Asian Salmon Rice Bowl Terry and I had fantastic chicken wings at the Union when we were visiting downtown Minneapolis a few weeks ago. It was one of their happy hour dishes, and I was so glad that we got there at 5:50; their happy hour was until 6 p.m. Their Asian chicken wings were served with sweet teriyaki sauce with fresh cilantro and mint. Initially I couldn’t pinpoint what it was, but the mint flavor was so unexpected and made the whole dish so refreshing and tasty. . . .
