August in Review

The end of August seems to mark the end of summer. The kids are back in school and the days are getting shorter....it is still hot and humid but pretty soon we will be burning wood to keep warm.I was busy this month completing 2 quilts for Island Batik that will be shown at Fall Market and I also finished patterns for both of them. There is a big difference between writing a digital pattern and a paper pattern but I got them completed, printed, stapled and put into their cute little ziploc bags and samples sent off.Then it was time to relax a bit and then get ready for a couple blog hops and also design another pattern you can find here.There were a couple posts this month to update you on Pelly. . . .
