I’ve been waiting for this. I’ve been gluten-free for more than three years now (can it be?!) and as I said back in February of 2011, “it’s going to get easier — more things are going to be gluten free in the future.” That future is starting to become today! More and more name brands are getting on board with this whole gluten-free thing, and more and more people know what gluten is and what it means to live without it. . . .
