[Editor's Note: This might just be the perfect dinner dish for an incredibly hot day: it's designed to be served ice-cold. It's also packed with nutrition from the vegetables layered on top (which you can customize to what you have and what's in season), but features great Asian flavors. It's definitely worth trying one of these summer nights! --Genie]
Bibim Naegnmyeon - Joll Noodles - Cold and Spicy Korean Noodles - Recipe
The ice cold noodles are served in an ice cold bowl filled with a spicy, thin, ice cold sauce and topped with ice cold, thinly sliced vegetables. It is just incredibly refreshing. If you serve this at room temperature or just barely cool, I’m going to be mad at you.
