Ingredients: 1 cup 2% milk (or unsweetened almond, hemp, rice or soy milk)6 oz vanilla yogurt1/4 cup unflavored whey protein powder (such as BiPro)1/2 cup frozen cherries1/4 cup almonds1 tsp ground golden flaxseed1/2 cup ice1 tsp raw honey (or coconut sugar)Directions:Place all ingredients into a blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.
