a salty snack of crispy ceci (pronounced "tchay-tchee", it's italian, for chickpeas), i had to find a way to recreate. i first tasted them at campagnolo, a restaurant here in vancouver. their version is for sure deep fried, but ain't nobody got time for that mess at home, not me anyway. . . .
