AM Workout: 3 treadmill miles 55 minutes of spin class strength Day 3 Food: Basmati Brown Rice Peach Jelly {organic with no fake sugars} Chicken Carrots Kale Brussels Sprouts Salad with chicken {middle of the night – I was out – better than the mozzarella sticks I would have been eating in my college days} Wine I probably shouldn’t have had wine while trying to figure out food issues BUT it was my running friends 35th birthday and I had never been out drinking with her before SO I decided having fun was more important to me. It wasn’t specifically listed on my allergy sheet as something I couldn’t have this week so I don’t feel bad about it. I don’t feel awesome today because of the drinking, but I can tell you that I feel AWESOME compared to what I normally feel like after a night of drinking. . . .
