For many of us, the gradual habit of making your own (insert product here) is becoming habit. Concerns about excessive packaging and harmful chemicals are leading us back to our DIY-roots. Here's a wonderful 'recipe' for deodorant that evidently works great. Being Green doesn't mean we have to stink:
"I loved the Trader Joe's deodorant, and Toms of Maine, and other non-toxic deodorants I have used BUT they don't really work that well. I feel bad saying it, but they quit by the end of the day. I just assumed that was the nature of using non-toxic deodorants and have lived with it for far too long. Until now."
