[Editor's Note: Sometimes the best ideas come when you least expect them. I remember when I was up in the middle of the night nursing my kids I would franticly type crafty notes onto my Blackberry with one hand. Who knew lactating makes you more creative? Or maybe it was the lack of sleep. Either way, you know what I mean. Apparently the same thing is true of waiting in line to pick your kids up from school. What else do you have to do but reflect on possible Easter crafts? Courtney from The Creek Line House recently had a crafty epiphany involving tape, newspaper, orange paint and twine. Natural colored twine gives you a parsnip effect, but when you paint the twine orange Courtney explains: " We painted the carrots in various levels of orange because they do honestly look a little like parsnips in the natural color. Which is fine, but maybe not quite as cute. "
